Same queation, when I file my I485, my hu*****and was not here, now, he cannot submit his I485, I am wondering how could he do next step, could he wait outside USA, till my priority date, and then submit his application in Guangzhou? During this period, could he visit me on H visa? I am worried if he has enough time to submit his application, i mean, it is quite possible as soon as my priority date approach, my I485 would be immediately approved, and the game would be over.

By the way, I am here with H1b visa.
