請教一個 485 pending 時的問題

I140(NIW) approved, I485 pending 時, 可不可以在境外等. 或者每一年回美住一個月申請一次AP. 如果出境會cancel I485的話,可不可以在國內重新申請? 大致程序是怎樣?

本來以為 I485很快就批了,結果又來了個延期,有個機會,需要回國呆挺長一段時間.現在挺頭痛的.
