可以擁有兩個綠卡不同類別的140，485嗎

我和愛人都有工作，公司都可以給辦綠卡。我們想兩個人都辦。我的問題是，如果一
個人的工卡先下來，我們同時為對方遞交了140，那麽如果另一個人過些時候也可以
遞交了140了，還能再遞嗎。我們屬於綠卡不同類別。

因為我們的工作都不是很穩定。不想把希望都寄托在一個人身上。所以想為對方同
時遞。這樣一個人辦下來，另一人還可以接著辦，不浪費時間。

所以我的問題是，不同綠卡類別
1。 我們可以同時為對方遞交140嗎。
2。 我們可以同時為對方遞交485嗎。
3。 一個人可以同時有幾個不同類別的140和485嗎。

另外我們正在尋找移民律師，請推薦好的律師。
