obtained from the pending 485 when applying new EB1A, which means it will be associated with the pending 485. I saw too many people reported that, 140 denied and the next way, 485 was denied too. Really not sure if I should take the chance. According to what I read, if the new EB1 gets approved, i should be able to keep the old PD of 140, but the USCIS told me no when I called them. puzzled
