請教：簽證預約晚了，該怎麽辦啊？

剛剛拿到機票，然後打電話預約，但約到的日期比機票晚了兩天，怎麽辦呢？
電話裏的女孩說可以試試發個傳真說明一下，看有沒有可能提前。
這個傳真該怎麽寫啊，沒有什麽好借口，本來就是自己愚昧。
不知哪位也有預約晚了的經驗？幫忙給點主意吧。
