我B1轉F1，再轉H1，如果回國簽H1是否可以？

我2001年B1來美，後轉F1，2004年再轉H1，如果回國簽H1是否會遇到麻煩？或是否能去墨西哥簽？請各位大俠幫忙指點， 不甚感激！！
