Is it safe to use AP when i-140 pending?

準備回國過春節，但不確定是否該去大使館簽證，我的情況是,H1b Visa, 回美後仍在原單位工作,I-140和I-485都pending,已經拿到了AP和EAD,但是不知道用AP回美是否有風險?

另外,如果去大使館簽證的話,如果簽證官知道I-140/485 pending的話,會不會有麻煩?

總之,是去大使館簽證好?還是用AP好?
