請教: 在加的加拿大PR,如何去美麵試?

我原來在美是H1(用了一年多),去年下半年被擂,回加.現有一美國公司要我去美,on-site麵試,請問:我該申請哪種簽證?需要哪些材料?另外,如我再申請H1,是否不受名額限製呀?請有經驗的前輩賜教.多謝了!
