我這樣的情況：EB1orNIW?拜謝

問題1：EB1orNIW?
我覺得我符合了EB1條件中的至少3個：
第一作者paper在nature還有幾篇其他的第一作者文章在影響因子15以上雜誌
拿了一個大獎，每年隻有一個的，全球學生都可以申請的，還有其他獎
還是F1

我不知道我還要申請niw嗎？

問題2：National Institutes of Health (NIH) 的SENIOR SCICENTIST 算不算政府官員？能要他們寫推薦信嗎？
