You mean I still can file EB2-NIW even if I work in a company.
There are two options for me:
1) Stay as a post-doc, prepare all the documents, and file the application. Then take the company position. The whole process probably take several months, which means I have to start work in the company later.
2) Or start to work in the company immediately next month, then file the NIW application.
Personally I prefer to start work in the company ASAP. So if I choose option 2, does this affect the NIW application? My work in the company is still in the same field.
