1st, the NIW is not depended on your company. If your PhD, postdoc,and new company position are of similar field, go to company first. Because once you filed NIW in postdoc position, you have to justify why you switch position so quickly. On the other hand, you file after joining the company, the postdoc postitin could just be a transition, no question will be asked.

One problem for you is that the H1B for company will run out soon, even if you have US Mater or higher, so practicaly you may not be able to hold on this position. You may want to ask the company HR and lawyer to file H1B for you ASAP, if it is accepted, you will still have to wait until it is approved, since this is your first H1b. So realisticaly, you cannot start until sometime in March or April, it your H1b application is accepted in the first place. Or worse, forget about the position, they won't wait until 10/1 for next year's H1B.
