Thanks..he doesn't need to apply for a B1...

He has a B1 which expires in June. But the concern is once if he just leave the US for, say, one week, before reentering the US, is there a possibility he gets denied entry at the airport? To me, it's almost like he's having a job in the US...(as a matter of fact, he is doing work in the US!)
