Thank you for your comments. My F1 opt will ends in Jun. 2006. Though I have worked in this small company for only two weeks, I found first it is very tough environment. Secondly, my academic background (aerospace) is totaly different the current company ( biology), I found it is almost impossible for me to apply the green card. If this is the truth, I would like to go back the university or some other company, hopefully to get more chances.
