I appealed my denied I140 and it was approved by AAO one month ago. Since I did not receive any notice from service center, I called USCIS this morning and was told that I should waite at least 30 work days and the formal notice would be sent to my lawyer though I did appeal by myself. My questions:
1) If my lawyer rejects to give me the formal notice, what should I do? Is there any specific form to fill and ask for another copy from USCIS?
2) If my lawyer takes advantage of this notice and ask for money, is there going to be any financial trouble for me? Since my lawyer failed to get my original petition approved and I did the appeal by myself, my understanding is that the service contract between me and my lawyer was terminated at the monent when my case was denied. Is this true? But how about this formal notice?
3) If I want to communicate with USCIS, is there any other ways besides the phone call? If I write to them, should I fill any specific form?
Thanks lot for any suggestion!
What should I do for my approved I 140 notice?
