I carefully read your message. I greatly appreciate your kindness. I hired one attorney and my NIW was filed to NSC on 29/09. My AP and EAD were approved two weekes ago. About my I-140, two days ago, I got one email telling me one notice mailed to me from USCIS. I have not received it yet. The notice is with saying" On November 22, 2005, we mailed a notice requesting additional evidence or information in this case. The notice explains in detail what additional material is needed." I am also worrying about my case during my holiday. So, i am in the same boad like the friend above.
According to your understandings of this kind of situation, I have some questions to ask:

1)What is the difference between ITD and RFE? My case is RFE or ITD?

2)She has not got the notice, how did you know what materials are requested?

Now, I am waitting my notice and then think about how to respond it. Thank you very much.
