Landing paper will be nolonger good next year. Your mapleleaf card is a smart card. All your info store there. Every time you go outside canada or come back to canada will be recorded.

如果需要的話是否可以請在加拿大的朋友幫助辦理SIN,和health card呢？

No, you have to apply by yourself. You need a address. SIN and Health card will mail to you.

長期對楓葉卡會由什麽影響呢（楓葉卡不就是閏許多次進入加拿大的嗎，會有什麽麻煩呢？）
PR maens you are a resident in canada. If you just come for landing and go, you are not a PR
