Be careful for this. I don't think you can do it next year. The maple leaf card can track if you are physically within Canada. You can go to USA now without any record by driving a car. But when you come back next time ( next year), you will be asked a lot questions. Then you have to give a very reasonable axplanation.
By the way, No SIN, No health card may not be a problem for short term.
