關於用AP回國的問題

我現在是H1，一直為同一家工作，想用AP回國，回來後還是這家公司。返美時就用AP和護照就行了嗎？我還想保留H1，可入境後新的I94上將不是H1了呀，而且有效期才是一年。哪位明白人能給解釋一下啊。著急回國過年呀。
