誰能幫我 -- 不應該發生的事

I have been living in California for 10 years since 1995. My currently status is H4. On March 27th, 2005, my wife and I went to Canada landing to get our Maple card.When we came back to U.S. on April 2nd, 2005, the U.S. officer at the port of entry in Canada stopped me with the reason that I don’t have a visa page on my passport. I explained to him I had renewed my passport in 2001. At that time, the old passport("公務護照 " ) was taken back by the Chinese consulate general in Los Angeles.( The consulate did not allow me to keep the old one, since it was a "公務護照 ". ) I also showed him the copy of my old passport along with the visa page. Unfortunately, he didn’t let me in. The final result is that I have to go to the US embassy in Canada. The earliest appointment I could get was on April 29, 2005. I was so worry about my son since I have to take him to school and swimming club everyday (My son has started professionally training for 8 years already). Therefore, I had called an attorney in Los Angeles who told me that I could go through the Peace Park in Canada and come to U.S. since I have a valid I-94. I took his advice and entered the United States at Blaine, Washington on April 6, 2005. The border patrol agent caught me. I swear there was no any sign or warning between the border of Canada and U.S. I did not know I was crossing the border illegally.The final result was that I got a Voluntary Departure from the US immigrant court on Nov 16, 2005. The juge told me there was no any bar in my case. I am gonna go to Canada this month. Is there anyone who can help me to get a H4 visa from Cadada, so I can come back to US. My wife is H-1 visa now. I would like to pay you for the help.
