I am in US now, i got my Canada Maple in April 2005.
I have H-4 visa since 2002, because my wife is a H1 visa at that time, and she just renewed her H1 visa in July 2005,her new H1 visa will be expired in July 2008. Since my wife started her H1 renew application in Jan, 2005, i was also renewed a H4 visa along with my wift's application, and the expiration date of my new H4 visa is same as my wife's, which is July,2008. But that is not the issue. Since i come back to U.S. after landing Canada by taking a wrong way, so i was granted a voluntary depart from U.S. immigration court, which means no matter what, i have to leave U.S. by 03/16/2006 (that is the deaded line the juge gave to me). I am gonna go to Canada this month, just don't know how difficult to get a H4 visa from Canada. If i did not get the voluntary depart order, I am sure I can get H4 visa with no doubt.
