請各位明白人指點迷津：有工卡以後還怕layoff嗎？

如果工卡批準了以後被layoff，還可以留在美國繼續找工作嗎？找到工作以後，還需要申請H1嗎？還是直接就可以工作了？以前申請的工卡在換了雇主以後還有效嗎？不好意思，對於美國移民一竅不通，還請大俠們不吝賜教。
