misleading???
我發帖本乎良知，何來誤導之說？
難道被被layoff的人，不可以留在美國繼續找工作？
作為主申請人，是應該 keep the job， 我又沒說被layoff了，可以躺著等 GC.

你才在misleading，"If you are just a dependent on other's application, you can use the EAD to work anywhere." 主申請人不可以用 EAD 到處工作嗎？
