I am currently working under HI-B. I used to work at our corporate office in California. A few months ago, I was allowed to work from our Oregon office since my hu*****and changed his job and need to relocate to Oregon. Basicallly I am the only one in my department working from Oregon. Now my company is going to contribute its Oregon operation to a joint venture which my company will own 70% of. Does that mean I have to go back to California to keep working for this company, or otherwise I am going to loose my job since my company won't have presense in Oregon any more? Does anyone have similar experience or know anything about this situation? Thank you!
BTW, my HI-B was refiled when i transferred to Oregon.
Can I still work
