Doshexh, Do you have further suggestions?

Thank you very much for your considerate help! Acturally I am considering of sending another NIW I-140 to TSC,but I am still in california now.My employment at Oklahoma will start in January 2006.I am not sure if I can send the GC petition to TSC at the very begining.Additionally,I don't want to withdraw my current case(Concurrent I-140/I-485 NIW) at CSC.I only have two years H1B left.If my current I-140 petiton get approved,my wife can use the EAD to work.If I can send another I-140 NIW to TSC without withdrawal of my current case,it will be better.Do you have any suggestions?
