昨天我發了這條短信息"Good news!My friend got Green Card today "

TSC, OR-1. In August I-140 got approved within one month. After Oct. 1 she made FP. My friend got Green Card today. It means the I-485 process is still going!

謝謝這麽多朋友看這條短信息，但是也有人表示質疑。在此，我想嚴肅地做如下聲明：
1. 這是絕對的真人真事！我也在等I-485 and green card 的審批，我有全職工作也有孩子和老公需要照顧，沒有時間也沒有必要造假消息欺騙別人和自己。昨天當我知到這條信息時我也很吃驚，我的朋友今年夏天剛拿到博士學位並在一個公司裏找到了工作。今年8月初遞I-140 and I-485,EB-1b申請，8月底I-140 獲批準，10月18日Biomatrics,code 3,昨天一家3人都得到了green card ！特別說明：一家3人都是中國大陸出生的。這在正常情況下都算非常幸運的，更何況現在在鬧煩人的排期。我想會不會10月1日以前遞的I-485 case還在審批，當然也不排除這隻是個偶然。看到許多人在此提供信息幫助別人有感，發此信息和大家分享，也希望有同樣好運發生在你我之中。
2.大約在2周以前我發過一條短信息，看上去也是不可能但同樣是絕對的真人真事。我老公過去的同事在9月26日遞I-140 and I-485,NIW 申請，TSC，10月3日得到I-140 and I-485的收據。她是自己一個人遞的I-140 and I-485申請，因為當時結婚登記沒辦好。但是在她得到I-140 and I-485的收據之後，也就是在10月3日之後她為她的新婚丈夫遞交了I-485申請，並在10月中旬她的丈夫也拿到了I-485的收據！之後我也注意到有USCIS退還I-485申請的消息，也許唯一不同點是主申請人提出I-485申請是在10月1日以前，家屬或許現在還可以提出I-485申請？這兩人同樣都是中國大陸出生的。也許這又隻是個偶然？我也很
疑惑！隻想在此與大家通報和分享。
