question about applying EAD, help, please

485 pending, 140 approved. want to file EAD application now.I have a question about fee:
from USCIS: for form I-765,Filing Fee: $180 base fee, plus $70 biometrics services fee if you have not already been fingerprinted for another immigration benefit.
So how much I need to pay $180 or $180+70=$250? I havenot gotten the notice for FP of my pending 485 now.

Below is the list I think is necessary for EDA application, please let me know if you think something is missing:

1. USCIS Form I-765
2.Two identical color photographs
3.Copy of the 485 receipt notice and 140 approval notice
4.Copy of current passport, visa.
5. Copy of the USCIS Form I-94
6. Copy of H-1 visa approval notices, Form I-20, and EAD card
7.Copy of Employment Letter from current Employer with recent pay stubs
8. check of $180?(or $250)?
