Hi,

the following is a list of documents I prepared for my spouse.
we sent out the package on 10/14, approved on 10/25,
got the card on 10/29.

I think you just need a check of $180 if you have submitted the biometric fee of $70 along with your 485 petition.

(1)White business envelop with two photos and a check in the amount of US$175.00.
(2)Original completed and signed Form I-765.
(3)Copy of receipt (Form I-797C) of my pending I485 application.
(4)Copy of Approval Notice (Form I797A) verifying my current non-immigrant status H4.
(5)Copy of my previously approved and issues EAD card (front and back).
(6)Copies of all I-94s (front and back for each).
(7)Copy of visa for entry into United States from my passport.
(8)Copies of all I-20s and Approval Notice (Form I797A) changing status from F2 to F1.
(9)Copy of my passport (ALL pages included).
