Do I need to file AP and EAD?

I am holding H1B and now filing I-485 based on my hu*****and's citizenship. Do I need to file Advanced Parole if I want to go back to China visiting. The reason I am asking is on the AP instruction, it says if you have a valid H1 and 485 pending, you don't need AP.

Second question, do I still need to file EAD since I already have H1B?
