父親過世,我是獨子,母親曾三次拒簽,理由是移民傾向嚴重.最近我查出身患癌症,治療中, 隻想讓母親能看我最後一麵. 醫生開證明傳真給領事館, 接到的回複是, 可以預約提前, 但以我母親的案例很難通過. 到底怎樣才能證明無移民傾向.難道前兩點事實將成為永不翻身的理由?.
