His company like to support him EB2, unfortunately his lawyer told us it is better to apply EB3. I confirmed several times with his lawyer. We thought his lawyer should know more than us. So, my hu*****and filed EB3. I am sure we should not listen the lawyer. No one care your case than yourself.

How about you, EB2 or EB3?
