My hu*****and filed his PERM on 22nd August. It is still in process. His case should be in Chicago center, I found it from the website.

File again? Do you mean I have to let his lawyer to file PERM again because we have not heard anything almost 60 days. Please tell me how to do it. I really appreciate your help.
