140批準後，大多人的H1可以延期，有的甚至可以走consulate process。等的時間是長了點，但最後終能拿到綠卡。

沒有140批準的話則一切免談。對大多數人來說，綠卡申請難是難在140， 而不是485。

至於140，485同時遞也是最近1年流行起來的，以前一般都是先等140批準後才遞485的，因為140隻有50%的批準機會。

我可以說這個版上一大半的帖子實際上討論的是140而不是485。不討論140等於是不討論綠卡的事情了。
