NIW 140 & 485

My NIW 140 (non-concurrent) was approved at NSC and then I changed the job from a postdoc at a research university to an assistant professor at a 4-years school after I submitted I485. With I485 I supplied two employment letters and stated I am going to continue my research. I do not think I will change the job before I485 is approved. My question is what kind of possible RFE may be obtained with my case. I know there is nothing 100% guaranteed before NSC really approved my I485. However, have you heard any unsuccessful story of I485 after NIW I140 was approved?
