If you read it again, you will probably find it means the period of time granted for a SINGLE extension should
not exceeds 3 years. It does not means that the total
cumulative time for multiple extensionS should not
exceed 3 years. I think many Chinese lawyers probably
get this wrong.
Please correct me if I misunderstand AC21 or Mr.
Yates's memos.
