請求大家的建議

我的HIB 2006年6月就到6年了，遞上的RIR還沒消息，現在我被公司裁員了。我正在努力的找工作，若很快找到，不知道H1B能不能批下來？若找不到工作，我可以回國，可是我太太就要生第三個孩子了，回國可能不讓生，怎麽辦？ 大家能不能給點建議？ 非常感謝！！
