I have submitted all the documents to the Department at begainning of June and I don't why they send to international office so late utill Aug. 14 when I came the new university due to Hurricane and ask them about my case. And on Aug. 14, the people of international office told me that don't worry and they can file before Oct. 1. But when I asked them, they said they were still waitting for document from the state Department of Employment Security. oh, I don't understand how did they do their work? so slow
