I should have made my question more specific. I wanted to know that if I have pending LC for more than one year and I am reaching my 6 year limit of my H1. I should be eligible for the seven year extension, right? But is my wife (H4) eligible also? According to Fan Law's article, seems like spouse cannot extend over 6 year. But maybe that's under the condition that both of them are H1, not one H1, one H4? So one H1's seven year extension cannot apply to the other?
