Highly possible!!!!!

This case proves once again CIS doesn't simply handle cases based on timeline. If your case is bullet proof and well presented, it will be approved very quickly. I think CIS is very smart. They won't put this guy in the same pipeline for the so many low-paid postdoc (and/or J-1 waivers) EB-1b's out there.

I believe CIS has a special fast processing line for those who are truely outstanding.
