我看排期.

看各大中心處理速度, 無論是I-140 和I-485 都在加快. 就連最慢的NSC I-485已到10/1/04, I-140最慢的也到了4/1/04.

以前NSC中心處理速度那個慢. 即使遞交了I-140和I-485, 也得等個3-4年才能獲批. 所以在我看來,如果你的工作還算穩定, 處理速度慢和排期 沒有多大區別. 隻是你的案子是在處理中心等還是在家裏等.


現在LC 處理速度快了, I-140處理速度也快了.但美國是不會讓你這末輕而易舉地得到綠卡的. 所以在我看來.造成排期兩因素:1.綠卡名額 2. 美國不想讓你很快拿綠卡.
