I got my 485 receipt notice in Jan 2002, and still waiting. No approval yet!!

Working for one of the biggest top 20 companies in the world. Never changed job since filed the EB2. Never had a single second illegal on record, came in as F1 with scholarship. Wow, boy, it's more than 5 years. I hope you are not lucky as I am.

Nothing, USCIS told me nothing, Lawyer told me nothing, AILA told me nothing, Governor told me nothing, Senator told just nothing, Congress told me nothing. FBI is NC... This is the freedom I got here.
