I don't know what to do in this case. But I have a couple of friends who got RFE got their case approved shortly after submitting the additional evidences.(one with attorney's help, one did it himself.)
Usually an attorney would know what to say better than we would. But if you are confident, you can do it by yourself. If you are in the same field as I am, you can try imitating the above part that was in my petition. At least I went through with that.
