Hire an American lawyer, if

Don't trust any Chinese lawyers because their English is poor.

I showed to an American colleague my recommendation letters revised by my lawyer. The American found out at least 10 mistakes, both in grammar and meaning. He said Americans never talk/write like this.

They are not professional at all. They care too much about money, not humane. No matter how urgent your case is, the Chinese lawyers will be not moved. Instead, they try to such more blood from you. They are animals

Don't trust any Chinese lawyers because their efficiency is poor.

One of my friends hired an American lawyer in Maryland near NIH in the begining of this year, he has already got his green card. Another guy hired a Chinese lawyer in NYC and also sent 140/485 in Jan this year, no any news at all.

Conclusion: if it is not too difficult for you to communicate with Americans, hire an American lawyer. 99% of Chinese lawyers really suck
