前天剛問過果然出問題了. 哭求幫助! (婚姻綠卡求救)

昨天收到移民局的通知說， 因為沒有去麵試， 所以綠卡的申請被拒絕.

其實當時我LG打電話去， 移民局說要書麵材料。 我們就把機票什麽都複印了， 還是用certified mail 寄去的。 現在， 移民局不說改期隻說沒有去麵試.

我們歸Chicago管,但是隔2個州, 也不能馬上過去, 打電話永遠是機器接.寫信有用
嗎？現在找律師來得及嗎? 還是我要出境?

我2004年結婚，2005年2月申請婚姻綠卡(一直有有效身份)。 打指紋、體檢什麽都做了。6月收到通知去麵試。 因為和LG 的奶奶85的大壽衝突， 老公寫信去移民局要求麵試改期。 我有跟他說移民局的事情改期不好， 但是他們在這裏長大的，想法都很簡單，根本不覺得有什麽問題。 加上他奶奶身體很糟， 大概全家人就是借此機會再聚一次了，所以我也就同意了。 一直到現在， 移民局不再有任何消息。


昨天我聽一個朋友說改期應該很快給改期的通知的， 我們沒有收到過改期的通知。 我的朋友說， 搞不好，移民局會讓我出境， 不知道會等到什麽時候。 我很害怕， 會這樣嗎？ 現在應該作什麽呢？ 我還能做什麽呢？
