H1B如用AP回國

偶的律師講最好不用AP，而是回去到大使館簽H-1B回來，否則即使回來繼續為原雇主工作也要辦H-1B extension。Extension既不比去領館簽證省功夫，還要多花錢，是否如此？怎麽和張哲瑞律師的帖子說法不一？請教明白人。多謝！
