請給分析一下律師什麽意思

已經交了律師費，前一段時間正在準備NIW的材料，可惜推薦信還沒有準備好（LD因此現在很生氣。。。）結果現在趕上排期，後悔莫及。

律師的意思現在趕快遞上去（10/1以前），以後再補推薦信。即使我現在準備的推薦信他也不看了。

請給分析一下，這樣有可行嗎？

這幾天一直恍恍惚惚不知道該怎麽做，覺得很對不起LD的。另外，我現在是H-1，LD是F-1
