Medical examinaton, NIW

Sorry have ot post it again. Last night I probably posted it too later in the night.

NIW, NSC RFE submitted, have to submit the I-485.

Do we really have to submit the medical exa. form, the employment letter, the bank certificate with the original I-485? Too later to do it. My lawyer said none of above is really neccesary for the NIW I-485 original file. Was told, the Medical Examination could take weeks if unlucky, want to hand in I-485 in two or three days. Also was told Sept, 29 and 30 could be too later, because the CIS even do not have time to open your package. Is this ture?
