I693 is a must for filing I485

Medical exam can be done in 2-3 days if you paid clinics yourself. Don't take TB tests (slow, 2 days for results), just say you are possitive, then take X-ray instead which is much quicker (pay $45, get results in 10 munites).

ps. why people rush for concurrent filing of i485. It could costs you a lot ($2000), for filing 3-4 people (family) together, if your i140 is denied.
