我妻子可以在10月1日後遞交485麽

我的NIWI140已經批準。I485是2004年遞交的，但還沒有批準。
目前我妻子的出生證明還沒有辦好。移民排期後，請問我妻子可以在10月1日後遞交485麽。她該算Benifit我的I140，不算單獨的工作移民性質的485。多謝多謝！
