如果名額不增加，我們不得登上十年嗎？

據說有三十萬的案子積壓，估計其中老中老印至少占十萬，如果每年才一萬的名額，靠，不得等十年嗎？即使是其中有些案子不會被批準，憑什麽說兩三年內就回到current了。
