NIW is EB2,
but they are thousand of LC-based EB2.

So NIWer has to wait for those
who file LC before they file NIW.

As far as I know, in NYC, there are lots, lots
LC filed in 2002 stuck in BEC.

So until LC based EB2 people in 2000, 2001, 2002, 2003
are cleared, NIW file in 2004 will not be approved.

So several years even if your already file 485.
